As all friend know 5 adult Goat cashmere nearby skin fiber can produced one cashmere sweater right?
so our customer want to know how many days can we producing one cashmere clothes.
TODAY we want to introduce our production field secret and important part.
First one:our customer need to giving us the sweater design details and size if you have,our crafter(Chinese name is GONG YI YUAN or SHI FU)will making the technology and computer technology for customer design.
Second:our machine worker will put the computer technology in our machine then beginning to making knitting production by computer system.
(our crafter and knitting worker need to checking if this production is correct or is this easy to production successful).
Third:our worker need to making different part knitting to one pieces sweater before test every part production and make sure the production is perfect.
for example(neckline,shoulder,body part getting together).
We don't need to making this step if we producing one piece garment styles.
Fourthly:our worker need to make sure the clothes hasn't waste ply yarn then going to wash the clothes and make sure the cashmere fiber hand feel is good.
Fifth:test the hand feel is perfect and up to customers standard,then going to iron clothes,we need to make sure every clothes size is good and up to customers standard.
Sixth:test all clothes details,(for example：size 、hand feeling、neckline 、shoulder 、bottom、button and every part is up to customers request).
Seventh:test clothes hasn't the oil stain、shag hair,the clothes looks perfect
Eighth:out our customer label、care label、hangtag、sticker on clothes.
Tenth:shipping customer order to them by air or sea.
You just can know a part of this production sequence but I hope you can know one cashmere clothes can't making well by one worker or one people,there are many different worker produced one cloth.
The final result is we are try our best to making every clothes produce perfect(material perfect,technology perfect,our worker want to received our customer comment),so we are very hard to know how many days can we produced well one cashmere clothes but we fully know how many steps can we produced well one clothes(the quality is important than everything).
